The project concerns the complete renovation and refurbishment of an existing ground floor apartment of a two-storey residence of the 70s in the area of Neo Psychiko. The renovation aimed at dividing an existing single space into two modern apartments. A thorough change in the internal layout of the single space of the existing apartment was carried out in order to create two new functional apartments of high energy efficiency.
